Improvements

• WiFi Sharing / Site Connectivity improvements to make it easier and faster to get many chargers on WiFi networks at the same time in a reliable manner.
• After a site sync / site upload instead of going straight to WiFi sharing, you can now go through an attach Chargeberry flow to make sure you install the first one in the correct backplate, to help ensure correct installations.
• Performance enhancements and minor improvements.
