Improvements

• Removed session id from the Charge Session info, we will bring it back when we have a number thats a bit more sensible.
• Adjustments to some text styles and icons, some new icons, and various cosmetic fixes.
• Some tweaks to terminology and language used in various parts of the app.

Fixes

• Adjustment to the product serial validation, to allow products with the new serial format to be added via the app.
• Showing timestamps in UTC timezone for Charging session info isn't that useful for most people, so it is now displayed using the local timezone.
• Displaying "Waiting for Smart Charge" in the Charger Product Card when charging is paused due to Tibber's Smart Charging. NOTE: The Start button to override Smart charging doesn't work at the moment, we hope to fix this as soon as possible. In the mean time you can override Smart Charging by hitting the Start button in the Tibber app.
