Improvements

• Site admins can now adjust charging schedules in MDUs for sites with operators that allow it (used to be only the owners that could do that).
• Making it a bit more obvious to activate an operator if you try to enable surplus charging for equalizers on sites without any operators.
• Support for more kinds of errors, like broken charging cable and more.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused the app to not reload correctly upon activating a site operator for the first time.
